This Program offers courses to enhance and refine skills of individual whether an administrator, educational leader / manager or a classroom teacher. It has research component which integrate the theoretical aspects of education and the practical experience of the adult learner through the identification and exploration of significant problems reflecting the student’s area of responsibilities and interest.
