The Basic Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program for the academic year 2022-2023 closed on June 1, 2023, with Dr. Glen DV. De Leon, the esteemed university president, delivering a profound keynote speech. The following day, June 2, 2023, the NSTP-CWTS Graduation Ceremony for the Batch 2022-2023 celebrated the outstanding achievements of students and faculty, united under the theme “Generations of Excellence, Forming Leaders of Character: We Make It Happen.” Engr.
