 Today, June 19, marks the 162nd birth anniversary of one of the greatest Filipinos who ever lived, our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.  Let us celebrate and commemorate his remarkable life, filled with bravery, love, and sacrifices for our beloved country, and remember that Rizal’s brilliance illuminated the darkest corners of our history, reminding us that knowledge is power and education is the key to progress.
