We are excited to announce the schedule for the upcoming Undergraduate Enrollment for the Academic Year 2023-2024. Please take note of the following dates for your respective year levels:
August 1: 4th Year Students
August 2: 3rd Year Students
August 3: 2nd Year Students
August 4: 1st Year Students
To ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process, we have established the following guidelines:
𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹: Students are required to log in to their respective student portals for enrollment.

𝟮. 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿: After completing the self-enrollment process, all students (regular and irregular) are required to report to their respective program chairs for academic evaluation.
Bring your student clearance form, prospectus and a printed copy of your grades from your first year to your portal.
𝟯. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹: After you are evaluated, please check your student portal to verify if you are officially enrolled. If, for any reason, you find that you are not enrolled, kindly proceed to the Registrar’s Office for further assistance.
We encourage all students to complete the enrollment process within the designated time frame.
