The City of Malabon University is committed to the well-being and mental health of our students, faculty, and staff. In this spirit, we are pleased to announce a weeklong “Mental Health and Wellness Break” from October 30 to November 5, 2023.
During this period, all classes will be suspended to give everyone the opportunity to focus on their mental health and self-care. Classes will resume on November 6, 2023.
Please note that University offices will remain operational on October 31 and November 3, 2023, to address any essential needs or inquiries.
This Mental Health and Wellness Break is dedicated to prioritizing the mental health and overall well-being of our university community. We encourage everyone to take this opportunity to relax, recharge, and engage in self-care activities.
