Prof. Jeffrey Benesisto, the Director of the Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Office, and Ms. Janet Marquez, a QAIAO staff member, attended the Orientation on CHED Memorandum Order No. 18, Series of 2022, titled “Policies, Standards, and Guidelines on the Grant of Institutional Recognition as a Higher Education Institution to Local Universities and Colleges.” This event took place on November 24, 2023, at the Commission on Higher Education Central Office Auditorium. The Office of Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance facilitated the orientation session, aiming to present and discuss various provisions of the CMO. The goal was to clarify issues and concerns related to the application for institutional recognition.
