On December 8–11, 2023, the City of Malabon University and International Cross-Cultural Exchange and Professional Development (ICEPD)-Thailand solidified a transformative partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Victory Hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This occasion marked the inception of a collaborative venture to foster research innovation, facilitate faculty and student exchanges, and cultivate a rich cross-cultural academic environment.
