Heads Up, CMU Students!

The Undergraduate Pre-enrollment for the upcoming 2nd Semester, Academic Year 2023-2024, is on January 8 to 12, 2024.

To ensure a smooth and efficient pre-enrollment process, please take note of the following schedule based on year level and check the time based on your department, which is posted below.

January 8 (Monday) – Fourth Year Level

January 9 (Tuesday) – Third Year Level

January 10 (Wednesday) – Second Year Level(Batch 1)

January 11 (Thursday) – First Year Level

January 12 (Friday) – Second Year Level (Batch 2)

Here are the list of requirements you need to bring during pre-enrollment:

• Prospectus (printed on a long bond paper with typewritten or handwritten grades)

• Printed copies of your grades from your first year to your student portal. (printed on an A4 bond paper)

To ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process, we have established the following guidelines:

𝟭. Self-Enrollment via Student Portal: Students must log in to their respective student portals for Enrollment at CMU Computer Laboratory, Innovation Building.

You can access the student portal through the following link: http://124.105.153.226/. Then save your Copy of Grades and print.

𝟮. Evaluation with the Program Chair: After completing the self-enrollment process, all students (regular and irregular) are required to report to their respective program chairs for academic evaluation.

𝟯. Confirm your Enrollment on the Student Portal: After you are evaluated, please check your student portal to verify if you are officially enrolled. If, for any reason, you find that you are not enrolled, kindly proceed to the Registrar’s Office for further assistance.

We strongly encourage all students to complete Enrollment within the designated time frame.
