𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗠𝗔 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦

We are pleased to announce that the Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma of the 2023 graduates are now ready for release.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:

We would like to clarify that all graduates of the 2023 batch are encouraged to apply for their TOR and Diploma, especially those who are preparing to take their Board Examinations. Contrary to certain misinformation, students are not required to submit a certificate as proof of their attendance to review programs at review centers to obtain their TOR and Diploma.

𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

While it is not mandatory to attend review programs at external review centers, we strongly encourage all students who are preparing for board examinations to take advantage of such opportunities. These review programs can significantly enhance your preparation and readiness for the board examinations, ultimately increasing your chances of success.

𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲:

Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that board takers who will make it to Top 10 passers will receive an incentive amounting to Php 500,000.00 from the City Government of Malabon.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮:

𝟭. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿’𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲: Graduates can personally visit the Registrar’s Office of the City of Malabon University to submit their application for the TOR and Diploma.

𝟮. 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Along with the application form, graduates are required to submit the necessary documents as per the university’s guidelines.

𝟯. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Upon processing, graduates will be notified regarding the availability of their TOR and Diploma for collection.
