𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐲 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥

On March 18, 2024, the City of Malabon University organized a remarkable outreach program with the theme CMU@30: Creating a Legacy of Quality Education and Excellent Service joined by dedicated volunteers from the teaching, non-teaching personnel, university officials, and students. Their collective efforts resulted in the donation of 575 personal hygiene kits to kindergarten students, spreading kindness and essential care to those in need.

During the event, a captivating story drama activity focusing on oral hygiene was conducted by the Social Work students engaging the young participants and imparting valuable lessons in a fun and interactive manner. The volunteers facilitated various engaging activities, ensuring that the participants not only learned but also enjoyed the experience.

The success of the outreach program extended beyond the partner school, benefiting the students of Ninoy Aquino Elementary School and the staff of CMU. The presence of university officials and the esteemed City Mayor of Malabon, Hon. Jeannie N. Sandoval, added significance to the event, emphasizing the importance of community involvement and collaboration.
