The School of Graduate Studies enrollment period for the Second Semester Academic Year 2023-2024 is January 8-27, 2024.
Please ensure the following requirements are submitted to the registrarโs office:

1. Secure the fully accomplished Certificate of Registration from the School of Graduate Studies office.
2. Letter of intent for continuation of enrollment in the SGS.
3. Letter of recommendation from the immediate supervisor.
4. Certificate of employment and permit to study
5. Summary of grades (kindly apply at the registrarโs office)
6. 2 pcs. Passport-size photo with white background
7. 2 long brown envelope
8. 2 long white folder

2. Kindly complete the personal data form available at the School of Graduate Studies office.
3. Letter of Intent
4. Letter of Recommendation
5. Certification of employment and study permit, if working in a government or private agency;
6. Medical Certificate (Fit to Study)
7. Pass the interview by the SGS Dean or SGS Academic Committee Member;
8. 2 Passport-Size Photo with white background
9. 2 long brown envelope
10. 2 long white folder
11. Photocopy and certified true copy of the official transcript of record or transfer credentials
