The Office of the University Registrar is pleased to announce that the Application for Graduation for the Academic Year 2023-2024 is now open.
To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request all eligible fourth-year students to file their Application For Graduation from March 7-8, 2024.
𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
1. Scan the QR Code for Application Form
2. Download and Fill Out the Form.
3. Submit the completed form to your respective class representative.
4. All Application forms that were submitted to the Class Representative must be compiled in a long brown expanded envelope indicating the Course and Section.
Please note that only the class representative is authorized to submit the forms to the Office of the University Registrar.Please adhere to the specified timeline for submission to ensure your application is processed promptly.
