ANNOUNCEMENT: Important Information Regarding Certificate of Registration (COR) Stamping (First semester AY 2026-2027)

To all CMU Students:
This announcement concerns the process for obtaining the Certificate of Registration (COR) for students officially enrolled for the current term.

All enrolled students must secure and keep a copy of their COR. It is the official proof of enrollment and may be needed for school requirements and other transactions. How to Obtain Your Stamped COR:

1. Access your CMU Portal: Log in to your CMU Portal account via http://portal.cityofmalabonuniversity.edu.ph , otherwise state: cityofmalabonuniversity.edu.ph (Student Portal button).
2. Print your COR: Go to the “Official Registration” tab, select the current semester, and click “Print.” Ensure you print the form on A4-size paper.
3. Registrar’s Office Stamping: Proceed to the Registrar’s Office located on the 1st Floor, ERC Building (beside the Finance Office) to have your Certificate of Registration Form stamped.
4. Professor’s Signature: After obtaining the stamp, present your stamped COR to your professors for their signatures.
5. Keep Your COR: After securing all the required signatures from your professors, keep your Certificate of Registration (COR) for future reference.

Note:
*For First year students, make sure that the course NSTP was enrolled before printing your Certificate of Registration (COR).
