City of Malabon University strengthens its commitment to academic excellence and modern governance as its leadership attends the 17th General Assembly of the Federation of School Registrars Association (FOSRA), held at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino on October 15-16, 2026. Representing CMU at the convention are Dr. Glen DV. De Leon (University President), Dr. Porfirio R. Catolico Jr. (Vice President for Administration and Finance), and Ms. Airene B. Teleb (University Registrar).
Centering on the theme “Future-Ready Registrarship: Digital Innovation and Global Compliance,” the gathering brings together academic leaders and registrars nationwide to discuss digital advancements, regulatory compliance, and global standards in higher education management.
