From the College of Business and Accountancy, Prof. Capulong is a graduate of the De La Salle University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management. She finished her Master’s in Business Administration from the DLSU Graduate School of Business, her post Baccalaureate degree in Human Resource Management from the DLSU Space Program, and her Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management. She is one of the few executives who studied at the Ritz-Cartlon Executive Series in San Francisco, USA. She is currently a 3rd-year student at the San Beda College Alabang School of Law. She is also a Consultant for Strategic Management and Human Resource & Organizational Development for over a dozen companies from Luzon to Mindanao; and a professor for the Graduate School of Business undergrad in several universities. Prof. Capulong is the HR Director for CY Kurin, Anytime Fitness, Kenji Tei group of Restaurant and Home Farms; she has held several executive positions in the Philippines and the United States.
