On Monday, February 13th, a flag-raising ceremony was held at the CMU quadrangle with Mr. Jerome P. Zosimo as the master of ceremonies. The ceremony started with the opening prayer led by Ms. Emelyn Sola, JPCS-CMU Representative, followed by the singing of the National Anthem and Hymns, Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat by Mr. Pat Presto, Panunumpa sa Lingkod Bayan by Ms. Charzel Cabe, welcoming remarks by Prof. Ezekiel Borja and Ms. Bernadette De Guzman, Talk on Crime Prevention Tips Mr. John Christopher Luna and inspirational talks from Pastor Jaime Cestino, which emphasized the need of developing one’s own moral principles.
To promote physical health, the Sports and Athletic Society together with Prof. Primo J. Siatan, and Prof. Jesper M. Perez, organized a Zumba dancing event to provide students with a pleasant and energizing workout.
