As the Midterm Examinations approach next week, please take note that the Office of the University Registrar strictly adheres to the deadline for dropping subjects. The last day for dropping subjects will be tomorrow, March 03, 2023, Friday.
To request a dropping form, kindly follow these guidelines:
1. Proceed to the Office of the University Registrar.
2. Secure a dropping form and have it signed by the faculty in charge of the subject to be dropped.
3. After obtaining the faculty’s signature, proceed to the Dean’s Office and have the dean sign the form.
4. Once all signatories have been completed, submit the dropping form to the Office of the University Registrar.
