The City of Malabon University (CMU) proudly participated in the 1st General Assembly and Reverse Pitching Activity of the Metropolitan Manila Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development Consortium (MMIEERDC), organized by the Department of Science and Technology – National Capital Region (DOST-NCR) and held on September 10, 2026. The MMIEERDC is a consortium that brings together academic institutions, industries, and government agencies to strengthen research, development, innovation, and emerging technology initiatives across Metro Manila.
The MMIEERDC serves as an important platform for strengthening Metro Manila’s research and innovation ecosystem and fostering collaboration among academia, industries, and government. Through activities such as the General Assembly and Reverse Pitching, participating institutions can exchange ideas, identify research and development needs, and explore opportunities for meaningful partnerships.
As an official member of MMIEERDC, CMU recognizes the importance of actively participating in initiatives that promote research, innovation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among different sectors.
