The City of Malabon University (CMU) is opening applications for the CHED–UniFAST Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), in coordination with the Office of Senator JV Ejercito.
Qualified and eligible students may receive ₱7,500.00 in educational financial assistance as a one-time grant subject to the program’s eligibility requirements and validation.

Qualifications:
– Must be a Filipino citizen.
– Must be currently enrolled at City of Malabon University (CMU) as a first-time undergraduate student.
– Second coursers are not qualified and are not included under this program.
– Must be enrolled during the 1st Semester of S.Y. 2026–2027 in any CHED-recognized undergraduate program in SUCs, LUCs, or PHEIs.
– Must NOT be a recipient of CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs), Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), SMART Program, DOST Scholarship, or other national government-funded STUFAPs.
– Exceptions to the above rule include recipients of one-time grants or subsidies, such as the DSWD’s Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program.
– Must have no existing scholarship or financial assistance assisted by SAU, such as private grants.
