Program Chairperson – Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW)
– Role: Lead the Bachelor of Science in Social Work Program.
– Key Qualifications: Must be a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW/MSSW) or an equivalent graduate degree.
– Experience: Requires relevant teaching and professional Social Work experience, and academic leadership/administrative experience is an advantage.
– Skills: Must be knowledgeable in CHED requirements, OBE, accreditation, research, and community engagement, alongside strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Guidance Counselors
– Open Positions: 3 item for Guidance Counselor I (Job Order) and 1 item for Guidance Counselor III (Permanent).
– Key Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Guidance Counselor (LGC) with a valid PRC License pursuant to Republic Act No. 9258.
– Experience: Preferably with a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling from a CHED-recognized institution, and at least one (1) year of professional experience in guidance and counseling.
Requirements for All Applicants:
– Letter of Intent addressed to Dr. Glen DV. De Leon, CPA, University President, City of Malabon University
– Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
– Academic Credentials (Transcript of Records and Diploma)
– Valid PRC Identification Card (if applicable).
Registered Psychometrician
– Open Positions: 4 item for Registered Psychometrician (Job Order).
– Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from a CHED-recognized/accredited institution
– Registered Psychometrician (RPm) with a valid PRC Professional Identification Card
– Knowledgeable in the administration and maintenance of standardized psychological assessment instruments and student assessment records
– Must demonstrate professionalism and strict observance of confidentiality and ethical standards
– Preferably with relevant experience in a Higher Education Institution (HEI) or similar educational setting
