Doctor of Educational Management (DEM)
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Doctor of Education is a program that aims to hone and enrich the graduate students to become examples of excellence in the field of educational management. Courses include philosophical and psychological foundations of educational management, policy analysis, financial and educational resource management, educational innovations and technology, organizational behaviour and human resource management, supervision of continuing education, governance in Philippine education, educational planning and curriculum design, among others.
